Shipping policy

Shipping information:

• Orders will be delivered within 1–4 or 3–5 working days, depending on your city. All shipments are handled by a trusted courier service.
  
• Shipping costs will be calculated upon checkout.
• You may inspect the package before accepting it from the courier.
  If there’s an issue with the size or fit, or if you choose not to receive the order for any reason, you can return it to the courier on the spot. A fee of 90 EGP must be paid directly to the courier.
  
• You may postpone your delivery for up to 5 days.
  If the delivery is not received within this period, the order will be automatically cancelled.
