I am absolutely disgusted with the way this entire situation has been handled. At this point, this is no longer just a delay in processing a refund; it is a complete lack of respect for me as a customer, my time, and the commitments your team has repeatedly made.

My original order was incorrect, and the replacement was incorrect as well. Despite all these mistakes being on your side, I have been the one wasting my time chasing your customer service team for MY OWN MONEY.

I have been waiting for nearly a week, and your team explicitly promised that my refund would be transferred yesterday. That deadline passed, and I received absolutely nothing. No refund, no confirmation, and no proactive communication. Instead, I am once again being told that someone will double-check with the financial team. How many times am I expected to hear the same excuses before someone actually takes responsibility and resolves this issue?

I understand that you may need to receive the returned item at your warehouse and inspect its condition before processing the refund. I have been patient and cooperative throughout this process. However, that does NOT give your team the right to keep me waiting indefinitely, especially after giving me a specific refund date and failing to honor it.

What makes this even more frustrating is that I paid by card. Any additional delay in processing the refund could mean that I have to wait even longer for the money to actually appear in my account. Why should I have to suffer further delays because of mistakes made by your company?

My patience has officially run out. I am no longer willing to accept apologies, vague assurances, or repeated promises that lead nowhere. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and frankly disrespectful.

I am demanding the following:

* Immediate action to process my refund, without any further unnecessary delays.
* Written confirmation of the actual refund status and the exact date the refund will be processed.
* Escalation of this complaint to a manager or senior member of your team, who must contact me directly and take responsibility for resolving this matter.

Please do not respond with another generic apology or tell me that you will check with the financial team again. I have heard that enough times already. I expect a concrete solution, not another excuse.

I have given your company more than enough time and opportunities to resolve this fairly. The way this situation has been handled has seriously damaged my trust in your company, and I will not continue to tolerate this level of service.

I expect a manager to contact me and this issue to be resolved urgently. I want action, not another promise.
